Black Jack Wills Strapless Velvet Cocktail Dress

This velvet and tulle cocktail dress was only worn twice. It has a soft cotton inner lining protecting your body from the tulle. The dress is so comfortable. It has a zipper and clasp closure on the side of the dress. The dress has shape within in it so that it could be worn without a bra. Dress length (measured from the side) is 26 inches. Chest is 13.5 inches. There are minor marks on either of the sides of the bodice from being hung.
