heatherresh Hi, thank you for you interest in the jacket. And, sorry for the delayed response, I haven't been home. Yes, the jacket comes from a smoke-free, pet-free, and mold- free environment. Laying flat, the sleeves measure 23.5 inches from shoulder to hem. The chest measures 18 inches. I have posted photos for you. Thanks again.
