Black KPEA Lap Dress, Made in the USA

Size 3T, Dress is marked “W” which is Kpea mark meaning that the dress is not perfect to them, but still a nice dress it just might have something “wonky” about it. In this dresses case it’s the Black has some lighter black area than other areas of it. It didn’t bother my daughter she still wore it as is & she wore it one other time underneath another dress. My daughter wore this underneath one of her knot dresses to school because on dress down day she must have sleeves.
