Black Lace Blazer/Jacket

Black lace with a satin-like black lining, never worn but thrifted and in perfect condition with no signs of wear; Karen Scott. Scalloped neckline that continues down jacket until bottom, can button with all buttons. Bottom hits about my hips a little underneath; I'm 5' 3" for a comparison.
