Black Lace Blouse

The top and the bottom of the blouse is all lace, it's too long for me, and I can't pull it off with leggings bc of my body type. I absolutely love it and had to have it. I haven't worn it since last year. In almost like brand new condition bc I hand washed & hung dry it-- never wanted to risk ruining the detailed lace.
