Dotti (asian brand) black blouse with lace shoulders and top of back. Gold button cuffs with extra button on garment label. Left chest pocket and stitch-closed v-neck. Great blouse for office. Soft, comfortable, and breathable. Can fit either and XS of SM as it is a flowy, loose-fit blouse.
