texaslariat @kelly_cav laying flat the measurements are: directly under bust relaxed - XS 13", S 13.5", M 14", L 15", directly under bust stretched - XS 15.5", S 16", M 16.5", L 18", armpit to armpit stretched - XS 18", S 18.5", M 19", L 20.5". I hope these measurements help!
