This is a designer top by Dennis Basso! It's made of entirely a Battenburg style lace. Has 7 Pearl ball buttons down the front with tiny loops which close the blouse. The length is 25" and the sleeves are 18".Has 3/4 length sleeves. Can be used as a lightweight jacket or swimsuit cover-up! Very Versatile!
