Black Lace Dress with Tassles/Fringe. Flapper, Gatsby style

Classy, non-costumey XL black flapper dress. If you aren't a fan of sequins of glitter, which can be uncomfortable and even messy, this dress is for you! I purchased this to wear to a Roaring Twenties themed wedding that we unfortunately ended up missing. This dress is ready for its chance to shine! There is a tiny tear in the fabric near the seem of the right shoulder (see photos).. I think I remember another tag being there that I should have been more careful removing, but the tear is barely noticeable at all, and the dress in otherwise excellent brand new condition.
