Black Lace Frill Strapless Romper

This is a strapless romper from Target. It features an elastic waistband that’s stretchy but still cinches to stay up/give shape. The tie waist is just for show (doesn’t tighten). The top has a frill layer, and the bottom has a lace scalloped hem. This is purchased from Target so the material is thinner (pic 5) but still completely opaque.
