So, this skirt used to be a dress with an attached zebra-print tank top. I ended up removing the tank to make the 'dress' more versatile for different occasions. It's perfect for wearing over whatever color/style tank or bodysuit you'd like. High-waisted with wide elastic waistband. Solid black inner, black lace-style outer.
