Black Lace Long Shawl from Express

Beautiful piece that I never ended up wearing! When buttoned it gives a great waist snatching effect, but looks great both buttoned and unbuttoned. I saw a girl wearing it in the store over leggings and a tank top and it completely elevated the look, but this piece will obviously also look amazing dressed up. Fantastic for festival outfits.
