Black Lace Overlay Dress

Black lace on top of a light gold dress underneath (attached), with bell sleeves and detailed fringe hemline. Super classy with a vintage, modest vibe. Size M from Francesca’s, never worn/NWT. The gold has more shimmer than photos show. Reason(s) I’m letting it go: It is too long and slightly too loose in the waist for me. For reference: I’m 5’4 size 2/4/4P 34B with a short torso.
