Black Linen Blend Dress With Tie Bust and Buttons

Black dress from Target with a cute tie around the bust and buttons up along the high waisted and pocketed skirt. Sleeveless. Extremely flattering and a great staple that can be layered and worn all year round. Simply does not fit anymore or else I would be keeping it! Waist is stretchy, bust is small-medium. I am a 36D and it no longer fits comfortably for reference.
