plblakey @urban19renewal Hello Sheree! The waist is 13-15", widest point for hips is 16-20" & the length from waist to hem is 32" with a 15" center slit in the back for a little leg action lol. 😉 The skirt contains 5% spandex...so I wanted include the stretch in the measurements.
