Black Men’s Wool Felt Dress Hat, Vintage 1930s? Size 7 3/8.

This hat is a family heirloom that was left to me when my grandfather died. His name, Wilbur Siefering, is written inside. It is a “The Deluxe” style from hat maker Stevens, sold through Livingston Clothing Stores. I have no idea of the original price. I’m merit and s red satin with a black leather band.
