brand: By Debra size: 12 (kids size) quality: in good condition style: I thrifted and didn’t realize it was a little girls dress. It fits, but it is very short. The sleeves are also tiny, so I tucked them in to make it a strapless dress. This would be perfect for a homecoming or middle school dance. For someone older, it would be good to cut the sleeves and make it a strapless dress.Its also a company that is vintage!
