This is a super cute mini dress that is tight at the top and flares out at the bottom. The back of the dress has beige chiffon like fabric and the key hole that goes mid-way down the back. Very cute and very sexy dress that is never been worn and has tags still attached. Was purchased at Urban Outfitters.
