Black Mini Dress with Tie Belt

I bought this dress in 2012 at forever 21. It has SUPRISINGLY held up after all this time with no signs of wear. There was in fact a time when F21 made stuff with decent quality! The fabric is a polyester but it doesn't feel that cheap. The tie can be tied in a bow at the front or back. The back waist has a smocking panel for a little ease and better fit. The skirt is lined. I wore this dress to afternoon teas parties and to work and I really liked it. It just isn't my style anymore. I hope whoever buys this will get good use out of it.
