Brand New (never worn) Black Multi Dress great for Prom or Cocktail Party. The dress is handmade from dressmaker Top To Bottom Fashions in Lithuanian. Fabric – highest quality Lycra. The material is strong, flowing, doesn’t fluff, crumple and has a slight gloss. The bands across the chest area are double layered and glued using a special technology, so no unwanted see-throughs. Attached same dress in white and rust color to show how it can be styled (only have the black dress for sale).
