Long sleeve, black thick quality material dress. Sits slightly off-shoulder. Midi length with a flare skirt. Front has a black rhinestone detailing along neck, collar, and shoulder. Two seams in front add to detailing and accentuate the figure in a flattering way. Never worn before (did not end up wearing for occasion purchased for).
