Black One-Shoulder Cut Out Dress NWT

Perfect for date night dress. Very comfortable fabric, so flattering. I’m 5’3, with a 32 bust, 26 waist, 33 hips and it comes almost to my knees - I wanted something as short as shown in the photos. My loss is your gain. Size Small. The bust, arms and hips are roomy with very stretchy material. Waist isn’t as stretchy as the rest of the dress, waist measures 28. No flaws. New, never worn, tags never removed.
