Black Overall Dress

BRAND NEW, NEVER BEEN WORN! (Unfortunately was way too small for me, because it is ADORABLE!!!) It's a black, short, overall dress or suspender skirt. You can dress it up, or down. OPEN TO OFFERS! ***Really hope I can give this amazing dress to someone it actually fits so that they can put some life into it. Because quite frankly it is too cute to be sitting in a closet!
