Black Parrot dress in 1X.

This dress is full of fun vivid colors in black/orange/red/orange/blue. It’s lays really well and I would always get compliments whenever I wore it. It is fully lined and has a cuff on the sleeves. I purchased the dress from ModCloth a few years ago.
