Casual black party dress with sheer sequin overlay and scallop edge on the bottom and sleeves. Stretchy cotton knit base (overlay is a sheer fabric). Really fun, funky sequin design. I love this dress because it can be dressed up or down. The black is kind of a dark gray, faded black but not overtly faded. Zipper in the back.
