Black Patent Leather Mary Jane's size 8

NWT, black patent leather Mary Jane's size 8. Says 39, but isn't! I normally wear 7 1/2, but sized up to be safe but they were very snug. No scuffs, or smudges. Each strap has an dorable golden/rhinestone Jewel, and though they are adjustable, it's a little tricky to figure out how the strap works; you have to adjust the oval and then they just sort of hook in. Very easy!!! Came in a red bag, but I have a box I can ship in. Chinese brand, Amazon.. Bought for Halloween, never wore! 10"L x 3 3/8"W
