Women’s Size 10. Not sure why it says 7 1/2, but I am a 10 and they fit like a 10. No question. Not sure if genuine leather or faux leather, but feels like high quality faux! Some minor blemishes, but hardly used and in great condition. Ultra comfortable for work. Easy to walk in. The heel is about 1.5 inches tall. Feel free to make me an offer!
