Black Pencil Skirt Vintage Ruffle Design - Work

Removed the tags to try on but never wore (I just can’t pull off ruffles like I wish I could). I’m 5’7” and this skirt falls above the knee. 13.9 x 10.1 x 1.1 inches. 60% cotton, 5% spandex, 35% nylon. It’s got a bit of give to it having the spandex, so nicely fitting to the form
