Black & Pink Sequined, Pleated semi-formal dress

One of my favorites: gorgeous black dress with light pink sequins on the bust. The pleated bottom is a silky polyester. It was worn once for New Year's and hung in a closet in a garment bag ever since. Hangs gracefully and forgiving. Elastic waistband. Has belt loops but missing belt. 13" elastic waist 27" from top to bottom, 20" from waist, I'm 5"4 and it hangs about 3 inches above the knee on me.
