lindseyscott24 @zapper100 it is pleated. The top is sheer material but underneath is like a thicker material. I will measure the length when I get home tonight.

lindseyscott24 @lanaalana Hello! Sorry for the late response as I was out of town this weekend. The material of the skirt is like a chiffon. It is pleated. It is a sheer material with a liner underneath. There is no slit. Length is around 37 inches long and the waist is around 12 1/2 inches wide. The waistband is elastic as well.
