💕Black Pleated Mini Skirt

French Atmosphere all black high-waisted mini skirt. Has belt loops and belt included. Has side zipper closure and all over pleated design. Thick high waisted waistband that is designed to have a belt and be worn on the natural waistline. It will be longer if you wear it on the hips. Belt is a basic shiny black belt with a faux bow design and a clasp/hook closure. Both skirt and belt are used, but are in like new condition. Sad to part with them, but it is too big on me.
