Black Pleated Skirt

Very cute skirt that can be dressed up or down. Purchased from Commense, super high quality, comes with built in shorts. Only worn once, in amazing condition. Zipper is on the side. This skirt is technically a small but fits more like a medium which is why I’m selling. I’m a 27 inch waists and it’s a little big on me. NOT a mini skirt. It’s not a naturally short skirt which is great for taller people but can be made short by pulling it up
