Black Polka Dot Sz Medium Casual or Dress Elastic Waist Skirt & Shirt 2 Pc Set

This outfit is made by Anthony Richards. It is very gently worn, in excellent condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It is missing tags but measures like a size medium and feels like polyester. The skirt has an elastic waist that measures 13" across unstretched and is about 25" in length. The shirt measures 19 1/2" across at the bust and it is 23 1/2" in length from the back of the neck. Very nice outfit for casual or dress.
