shoeindulgence @freenagree You have given THREE different excuses as to why the boots didn’t work, which isn’t helping your case. Poshmarks policy is exactly what it is. You’ve constantly sent messages and Poshmark has stepped in and you are still sending emails. They sent you instructions on how to place the return. NOW you’re trying to leave these messages.

freenagree If you look at the case from the beginning, I stated heel too high and my foot does not fit flat in boot b/c of my arch. These are not excuses. These are facts. CS keep telling me to send photos of heel measurements. If I tell them the boots are too high for my arch and my feet does not lay flat-that mean boot cut too small for my foot. Plain and simple. Theres no other way to explain it. I send emails when they instruct me to send photos. So that's not constantly.

freenagree I've never had a company take you to 3rd degree to return item. It does not fit my foot and that's bad CS on Poshmark part to take customers through channels just to return an item.
