jeberline @tbubbs ??? Idk how that could have happened?? I bought that item from a designer store in Brighton mi and I maybe wore it twice but I don't even zip my hoodies. What do u mean "broke off"? Like the charm part broke off the zipper or the zipper broke off? Unclear... The item was in good working order when I sent it. Also I don't understand how it could have "broke" without having put it on at least...that was a really sturdy zipper as well so I can't even see how it is possible to have broken at all. tbubbs @jeberline It's okay... It's at the tailors now getting a new zipper put in. It wouldn't zip past the lower portion that sort of gathers. Zipper was not save able. They tried....
