Black R&M Richards Dressy Top Size 22W Part of a 2 piece set- pants are not included. Wide satin straps - crisscross in back. V-neck with satin band. Chest is gathered material and band below breast is heavily gathered. Torso area is 2 layers - satin torso with a sheer flowy overlay. Lands mid thigh, so could be worn as a dress. New with tags. Zipper back with hook and eye- although hook is set a bit far back for the hook. You may not need it as zipper goes to top. Smoke free home.
