magnolias4ever @tastefullytime - good afternoon! Yes on the smoke free and pet dander/hair free (we don't smoke or have any pets). I'm not exactly which detergent I used to launder this item though so it might have a scent from the laundry detergent. It is laundered so there shouldn't be any perfume scents. Hope that helps!
