Black Rebecca Taylor dress

Fun silk ruffle flare at the hem makes this dress a hit for many occasions. Fitted style with cap sleeves. Zip back. Textured fabric. Lined. Great fit! Note: the pave ring I wore caught a couple of snags. Nobody else noticed but I did. Not sure if they can be pulled back thru or shaved by a qualified seamstress or person with skill. I was too afraid to try. This is why I have it priced so low. I included a photo of a snag.
