Black flowing formal halter dress with a mesh inlay in the center of the bust embellished with silver toned rhinestones. The garment drapes from around the hips and flows to the floor. Longer in the back. Zipper down the rearThis item is from a consignment shop and has the tags from the shop still attached however it is not brand new. It has been gently worn and is missing 2 or three rhinestones. They could be replaced or removed completely.
