Black Rose Cocktail Dress

Exquisite flow and fit with multiple layers of sheer fabric. Roses along one side of the neckline and as an accent on the skirt. Size indicates 16 long but I believe it runs small because I’m a size 8 and it’s only a little large. I would say it’s more like a size 12. 47 inches long.
