Vintage 90s Black with rose design in shades of deep and pale rose pinks, ecru, white & deeper greens. Functional drawstring (generous) waist has Black cord ties with silver thread wrapped ends. made in India 100% rayon has been Ez care & wear🤷‍♀️ Slighly faded in areas barely shows between the "crinkly" flowy folds. Lightweight but not sheer excellence all-purpose skirt. Well loved & worn very good condition!! "free size"
