Black Ruched Dress, Sequins Beaded Applique Hugs Body Party Date Night Size S

This is a vintage, designer black dress by Dollar USA. This is a body hugging, ruched dress with a large applique on the front. It was made in the USA. Wear this stunning dress to all your Holiday parties, for Christmas or New Years Eve. It is 100% polyester with beads and sequins on a large applique in the front. The applique is made loose on the top so you can fix it to fit your bust. There is an attached cape like drape that once you've zipped up the dress in the back you flip it over your head and it drapes over your shoulders. There are thick shoulder pads. There are cords attached to the shoulder pads that allow you to tie it tighter, either to the hanger (see photo) or to your back. It is fully lined. It is a womens size Small. MEASUREMENTS across the back when laying flat: There is stretch to this fabric. From underarm seam to underarm seam = approx. 16" So a size 34 or 36 bust Waist = approx 12.5" flat or 25" around Hips = approx 13" flat that fits my models 35" hips Length from shoulder seam to hem = approx 38" and it will shorten as you put it on to become a Mini dress. I have described it to the best of my ability. It is vintage so aging and people have tried it on. *The top of the applique is not attached to the dress. It can be sewn - tacked - to the dress when you have it on to fit your body shape. Or just leave it loose as the model did. (see the side views)
