Black Ruffle Dress NIC & DOM XL/XXL

Little Black Dress with cute ruffle detailing at neckline. Has a small snag a couple of inches under the waist on the right side of the dress (included in the photos). Only tag remaining is the brand, so the size is a guess based on trying it on.
