This is a super cute flirty and fun little Worthington skirt. Black Ruffles with Asymmetrical tiers/layers and tiny pleats Skirt with Blue Yellow and white tiny flowers. There are many small details that makes this skirt special. Elastic Waist band that is about 1.5 inches wide. Lay flat approximate measurements: 21 inches waist to hem and 17.5 waist Un-stretched. I am 5’2” and it hit me right at the top of the knee. Worn once for a couple hours. Like new condition.
