@gingergogo I think that’s just some shadows in the image. The bottom of the ruffles aren’t sewn- it’s just like cut fabric, but no it isn’t frayed or anything like that.

Correction: Yes, the ruffles on the top and bottom of the dress are frayed, but it’s part of the style of the dress, not from wear and tear.
