Black Ruffled Mini Dress

Chic black mini romper with ruffled sleeves. Flattering layered design. Perfect for any occasion. It fits more like an XS than a S!! I love this romper, but just never wore it. I bought it 3 years ago and haven’t worn it once but kept it just in case. I know someone will love it and wear it so much so I am nit parting with it! There is nothing wrong with the romper. Has only been worn to try on a few times, but never worn outside.
