Black Ruffled Peasant Blouse

Black button-down blouse with rhinestone buttons in pairs and a ruffle all the way around the collar - like a peasant blouse, but fancy! Polyester, machine wash cold. Includes spare button sewn into the side seam. Loose fit, but has a waistband that measures 18" across when lying flat. From shoulder to hem, the blouse is 23" long.
