Black Saks Fifth Avenue Top was $19!

Gorgeous tank with ribbon accent in cobalt blue. Excellent used condition, minimal signs of light wear (small pull on front left side-barely noticeable-seen in last picture). This top will look great on summer evenings and special occasions. Made of 95% viscose and 5% spandex it is comfortable as well as pretty! Measurements: 25" from shoulder to hem, 16" armpit to armpit.
