Dressy Black Satiny Body Con Pencil Skirt with ruffle design and zipper in the back ~ by STUDIO 1940 ~ Size 16. Has stretch so has give (clipped in the back since my mannequin is too small to hold it up). Both sides shown. (Measured flat): 17-1/2” across waist. 22” at hips; 23” across bottom. Length is 23” from waist to bottom hem. In excellent preowned vintage condition. Smoke-free home. NORE: The bottom of my mannequin has a square base so it’s difficult to show the natural lay of the skirt.
