Someone even asked me if I was a model (how silly.) It’s that flattering. It has a pull at the top near the waist. See pictures. There is a sidekick pleat. A drawstring ties the back top together, and there is a zipper at the bottom of the top. The skirt has a waistband. The collar comes over the collar bones, has darts, and is tapered at the waist. It is about a size 4. As I said I am 5’23/4” tall and wore 31/2” heels. The quality rivals most high-end brands. Wear it for charity events, weddings, and that special something from my closet to yours.
